Actually in addition to right brain (intuition) or left brain (logic) thinking, there is the abstract/concrete which makes the brain model looks like this:

Issues arise when parents and teachers do not understand what is their child’s/students’ thinking preference and behaviour attributes.
students whose thinking preference is yellow/red finds our school education system more challenging than those whose preferred thinking is blue/green.
Parents who are blue/green thinkers will usually have some issues with how their kids, who are yellow/red, think and learn, vice versa. This will result in unnecessary friction and conflicts between parent and child, especiallly during the teenage years.
By discovering a child/student’s thinking preference and behaviour attributes through a simple questionnaire, a parent/teacher can play an important role in helping and supporting the child/student in his/her learning.
How can we say we support them and is doing our best to help them if we don’t understand how they think and why they behave in the way they are behaving?
